Refunds & Cancellation

We handle donations with meticulous attention to the instructions provided by our donors, both online and offline. Nevertheless, in the rare event of an erroneous donation, we commit to addressing the matter promptly upon receipt of a valid refund request from the donor, typically within 7 working days.

The promptness of the refund process is contingent upon the type of credit card or banking instrument utilized during the transaction. To initiate a refund, the donor must submit a written request within 2 days of the donation, accompanied by:

• Evidence of the deduction of the donation amount.

• In instances where the donation receipt has already been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to our office address.

Regrettably, if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, we cannot facilitate a refund. However, if a valid refund request arises due to an error on our part, we will refund the donation and cover associated costs.

Failure to submit a request within two days renders a refund unfeasible.
